Privacy Policy

For humans

One Man Studio built this app as a Freemium app, it is provided to you at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This means that it is free to download but there are ads that help me make some money from it.

This piece of text is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use this app.

So, in order for you to know what I might do with any bits of information that are used by the app in any way, this piece of text comes handy as it explains the gritty stuff.

If you choose to use this app, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that I collect is used for providing and improving the app. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

To put it simply: the only information the app gathers are going to be used to make the app better and not sell your information to other people or companies. This is what you can be sure regarding me. What I actually care about are crashes that might occur, analytics about which views you see the most and which buttons you click the most, what kind of device you have, which country you are using the app from and other basic things that Google already knows about you.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using my apps, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

Meaning that whatever data you enter in the app, it stays in the app and doesn’t get sent to some server that is vulnerable by potentially bad people.

The app uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you. Those services are the following:

There are many tools in the internet that help developers like me to make things easier and faster. Those tools come with their own privacy policies over which I have NO control. This means that even though I don’t gather, store or do anything bad with your information, since the tools that I am using might not be as good people as me, your information is handled by them in unknown ways. If you trust those companies that they will not do something bad with your data, then you can be sure that my app that uses those services will also not do something bad with your data as well.

Data logging

Whenever you use my app, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my app, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

All this gibberish actually means that if the app crashes, one of the tools I use, Crashlytics to be precise, will use info about your device to show me that related with the crash. No, neither me, nor the tool access your photos, bank accounts, messages camera or microphone when I see the crash details.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This app does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

You know all those popups you were getting some time ago regarding cookies and GDPR when you were visiting websites? Well, apps use some kind of similar ways to keep track of your presence so this is what this is about. No big deal, nothing fancy or crazy is saved in those cookies.

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus I am striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Which simply means that I will not send a plain email with all your personal information if I ever need to do that.

Links to Other Sites

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

As simple as it sounds. When you leave the app and go to another site or app, I have no responsibility for what you might do or get there.

Children’s Privacy

This app does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.

Be a decent parent and check your kid’s phone. It is always good to know what they are doing with their phones, what apps they use and what things they might be into. No, this is not snooping around as long as you do it in a controlled way, but responsible parenting.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

I might start using a new tool (remember the ones with their own privacy policy links above?) that has its own privacy policy. I can’t reach out to everyone that has the app installed on his/her device, so it doesn’t hurt if once in a while you revisit this link to see if there is something new. I know, no one does, neither do I, but I have to let you know.
